Epre is monitoring possible fraudulent transactions, and if there is a suspicion of fraudulent use, Epre will send you a usage verification notice to confirm that the use is by you. In such cases, your card may be temporarily disabled to prevent further damage from fraudulent use.
Please respond to the usage confirmation after checking whether the use is yours or not. Once it has been confirmed that the usage is indeed by you, the card will be resumed.
Please follow the steps below to respond to the usage verification notice.
(1) From the home screen, go to the notification list.
(2) From the list of notifications, tap the notification titled [A possible fraudulent transaction has been detected.]
(3) Tap [Confirmation of usage status].
(4) Confirm of usage status.
If it is your transaction, tap [I made this transaction], if your card is suspended, the suspension will be resumed.
If it is not your transaction, tap [I don't remember, your card will be temporarily disabled.
