If the mobile number stays the same, you can continue to use the existing Epre account by doing an SMS authentication on the new device.
If the mobile number changes, please register your email address prior to switching the device so that you can use email authentication to login instead of SMS.
Please follow the steps below to email address authentication.
(1) On the login screen, tap the login button.
(2) On the phone number confirmation screen, tap [if you have changed your phone number, tap here].
(3) On the confirm email address screen, enter your e-mail address and tap Send Email
(4) You will receive the authentication email. Open the URL in the email in the Epre app to complete the login process.
