If any of the following cases apply to you, you may not use postpaid top up.
- You have reached your monthly top up limit
- You have reached the maximum amount of postpaid top up
- Your balance exceeds maximum card balance
- You have not completed the payment for the existing top ups
- Your residence card is about to expire or is overdue
- You have lost your smartphone and disabled the service
- You have violated the terms of service
- The service has been suspended as a result of our review (we are unable to provide the details)
