If it does not navigate to the Epre app after clicking the URL in the authentication SMS or Email, please try the following.
iOS
- Tap and hold the URL in the SMS or Email and tap "Open in Epre"
- If the browser is opened upon tapping the URL, slide the page to the bottom and it will show "Open in 'Epre' app" button. Tap the button and see if it navigates to the app.
You can also try the following
- Clear your browser’s and app's cache.
- Restart the device
- Uninstall & Re-install Epre app
Android
- If you are asked to select the app to open the URL in the authentication SMS or Email, please select Epre.
The link needs to be opened in the app instead of a browser.
Please confirm that you are not opening it within your browser (e.g. Chrome).
please check if you have selected to open the link in the Epre app.
In general (it depends on your Android version), you can long tap the app to navigate to the app information page in Android. From there, you can view your settings for opening the corresponding links in the app or not.
If you have selected not to open the corresponding link in the Epre app, please change it so that the link can be opened in Epre.
